Las barreras para acceder a la producción de voz pueden ser muchas y muy variadas. Pero para quien las encuentra, se obturan grandes posibilidades de recursos comunicativos además de la identificación del sujeto con su propia voz como herramienta expresiva y distintiva que lo diferencia del resto. Recuperar la voz o al menos la expresión oral sin fonación se vuelve una tarea de primera importancia, incluso, en musicoterapia, se convierte en un objetivo terapéutico. La Tecnología Asistiva nos ofrece ayudas técnicas con y sin el uso de productos de apoyo, las cuales pueden ser el comienzo de un proceso de trabajo. Recurrir a estas ayudas puede ser el primer paso hacia un camino que abra las puertas a la expresión.

The barriers to access voice production can be many and varied. But for those who find them, great possibilities of communicative resources are blocked, in addition to the identification of the subject with his own voice as an expressive and distinctive tool that differentiates him from the rest. Recovering the voice or at least the oral expression without phonation becomes a task of the first importance, even, in music therapy, it becomes a therapeutic objective. Assistive Technology offers us technical aids with and without the use of support products, which can be the beginning of a work process. Resorting to these aids can be the first step towards a path that opens the doors to expression.
